The Director of Marketing & Communications plays a critical leadership role at the Salina Family YMCA. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position leads strategy and execution for all marketing, communications, and storytelling initiatives, aligning messaging across departments, building community awareness, and strengthening the YMCA’s impact and identity across Salina and beyond.
This role collaborates closely with our internal departments (Youth Development, Membership, Wellness, Aquatics, Facilities, and Finance), and works in partnership with the MSAY Marketing Team to support high-quality creative work, brand consistency, and meaningful engagement with current and future members.
